Individuals and organizations throughout Oregon are actively working to develop affordable housing, offer programs and provide services to meet the daily needs of lower-income Oregonians. Through the OHCS Excellence Award programs, their accomplishments are being recognized during events such as the 2008 Oregon Housing and Community Services Conference.
